FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. You send them a link by WhatsApp, or paste it into an SMS or email, and they open it in their phone’s browser. There’s nothing to download or sign in to.
Will it look like my company?
Yes. Your name, logo and brand colour are on every tracking page. Pale or bright colours are adjusted automatically so text stays readable.
Does it pull updates from shipping lines automatically?
Not yet. Your staff post each update in a few seconds, which keeps you in charge of what customers read.
How does WhatsApp sharing work?
One tap opens WhatsApp on your phone or computer with the customer’s name, reference and link already written. You press send from your own number. Nothing to set up with Meta.
What does it cost?
US$99 a month, flat, for your whole team. No per-user fees. In Trinidad and Tobago it’s TT$649 a month, invoiced in TT$. The first 10 forwarders get a 60-day founding pilot free; everyone after gets 30 days free. No card to start.
Who runs it?
Waybell is built and hosted by Mirus. You set up your own workspace online and invite your team. We keep it running, and you can reach us from inside the workspace.
How do I give feedback?
Use “Suggestion or issue?” in your workspace sidebar. A person reads every message, and we reply if you ask us to.
